Graphic Short Story

For my creative writing class, we have been assigned to create a graphic short story. I had NO IDEA what this was when I first heard about it and knew it would not be easy. However, with help from my teacher about speech bubbles, characters, setting, and structure of a graphic short story, I finally began to understand what I was doing and it all fell into place. My story must be about issues and events that a young adult faces in their life.  I have chosen to write my story about a nerd in highschool who goes to a party, where he sees the most beautiful girl in his school that he is crazy about. He is way to nervous to talk to her, but this night is special because she talks to him, and he gets his first kiss, from HER. The story is not completely about him and her. It also deals with friendships in highschool, parent-child relationships, and expectations from parents. I love to write, and I am definitely enjoying this assignment so far and hope that it turns out as great as I imagine it
